Ok im not sure if this goes here if not sorry. i know a mod will move it :)

ok so... a have this thing im not sure if its just like spasms... but they are the whole body. i feel my whole body jusy jump up in the air. it happens alot while im trying to fo to sleep. it will happen and ill be in the wrong spot. its stupid... it happens at school. i fall off my chair.

does anyone know if it is just spasms? or like somthing diffrent? anyone know how i may be able to stop it?

This is totally normal while falling asleep. During the early sleep stages, the light sleep where you're sort of half-awake, it's common to twitch. It happens to me from time to time as well. It's annoying, because it wakes me up a little, but it's not a problem.

However, you say this also happens in school, while you're in class. Are you falling asleep in class or is this totally random, while you're awake and alert? If it's random, and if it's enough to repeatedly make you fall out of your chair, I'd see a doctor. Certain vitamin deficiencies can cause muscle spasms, and could be a potential cause with an easy fix. Better to check it out and know what's going on, but I wouldn't get too worried.

I am going to sleep a bit, but i sleep tons, i think its more to the class. FRENCH Ahhh! LOL. :yawn::yawn: make me very tired XD id say 90% its while im going to sleep. the other 10% is in french class. (coz i do like yr 7 french isnead of yr9 coz im dumd and when moved never lernt french XD)
