breast development

I am 15 years old and hardly even have breast buds, I am picked on in school because of it and try to wear a padded bra to hide it, but it doesn't seem to be working, I have pubic hair, quite a bit too, and I get white discharge all the time. My mom had developed breasts by the time she was 12. What is wrong with me and when will I develop breasts

NOTHING is wrong with you. Girls develop at different rates, and you have a few years of puberty left ahead of you. You've obviously started puberty, and you're developing normally. Your breasts will come with time. I can't say exactly when, but they will show up. You may not end up with particularly large breasts, but they're definitely not done growing yet.

dont worry. my mom didnt get any boobs well pass 16 and she grew a lot since then.
yours will come in time dont worry.

I like Jessi's answer. :) And just to add, if you have a small frame, your breasts will most likely be pretty small too.

Don't worry, things will be fine.... I'll be 16 in a week... and I have the same problem. Whether you grow any more or not, it doesn't matter. ... the people that matter to you shouldn't care, and the people that do care shouldn't matter. :P (i should prolly put quotes around that last part? lol i read it somwhere on the internet...)

Nothings wrong! Everybody develops at a different speed, you will surely fully develop at some time :)

Im 14 and I have but like still training-bra wise so like you.
I hate them! when I wear t-shirts it looks like two baby things popping out and its ugly!

I have the same problem but I'm much younger. Why doesn't the padded bra work? Who knows what's underneath? Everyone says that they'll grow soon. They tell me that if you drink alot of milk and cheese they will grow better. Tell me about your breasts. Do just the nipples stick out or you already have bumps underneath? Do they hang a little yet yet? Are you looking forward to nursing a baby?

some girls dont stop developing breasts until their like 21 your normal and still growing dw im the same
