As a Canadian, I say that's offensive.

Yep, pretty much what I was going to say.
And that some people need to let their rectal muscles relax a little.

Stop eating French fries because I'll be offended that you are using the name of my ethnicity for food. The act of eating French fries means that you have no respect for my French heritage because you put an allegory of Frenchitude in your mouth and masticate it, therefore being dismissive of my culture.

We French have won wars against nearly every European country and we have a thing for being governed by authoritarian monarchs. Eating fried potato sticks are an insult to this heritage. We are more than foodstuff.

Rename them Belgian fries instead. Both because French fries are actually from Belgium and because nobody cares about the Belgians.

In all seriousness, that woman probably drinks rubbing alcohol to get drunk and lives in an igloo selling contraband cigarettes. What I said is offensive. A candy in the shape of an Eskimo, however, is not.

Want some freedom toast?

That thing was ridiculous, but I was a little flattered that they replaced "French" with "freedom", making them mean the same thing.
