What you've heard is true. Female ejaculation is quite debated in science, apparently. It's very rare.

It is to do with the prostate gland, located in the uretha. Some girls are more sensitive there and can, with practice, control it.

The fluid is also about 50% urine, but it's clear and odourless. This theory comes from the fact that protien and other stuff can be found in it.
