Hello everybody. It me again, sorry for the long time absent from the forums.
Okay so this is the "Secret". It is a documentary type film that i recommend you ALL look up and have a little look at it. So far i have been cut free for 6 weeks because of this movie. It has changed my life and in a way has cured me of cutting myself. I recommend you all have a look at it and see if it works for you too.

*EDIT*
Just to make sure the admins dont ban me :P this is not a promotion for the film it is just an advice tip. I am not a salesman for "The Secret"
DIdnt want any misunderstanding :) and this could also gain a few laughs and relieve some tension :)

im not sure if there is an online link for it but i will look for it now. And it is basically about a different way of thinking about life and what is happening. It changed my way that i think in general.

It is not directly about cutting or abuse, but it is about a different way of thinking that can probably help you overcome cutting, like it did for me.

Man, I absolutely LOVE this book and movie. It really changed my life. I reccommend it to anyone and everyone. Totally changed my perspective of things and my everyday usage of words/thinking.
