My Ass Hurts

Seriously, for some reason, I don't know why, my ass hurts. It's mostly sitting down. I'll be talking to friends, and all of a sudden, my ass starts hurting. It's a little above the hole, and it's really embarrasing and uncomfortable. Does anyone know what might be wrong, and what I can do about it?

Hmmm...is it inside or outside?

Anal pain is frequently caused by passing a hard stool. Have you been constipated recently? The fix for that is to drink lots of H2O regularly, and eat enough fiber (salads, beans, whole grains, bananas, fruits, dried fruits/raisins/prunes). If it continues, try inserting a little vaseline jelly there and see what happens.

If it's clearly external, then you probably injured that area somehow, either by sitting on it funny, or pullling some muscle. Those things usually go away on their own in a little while, just try to watch how you sit, etc.
