I'm nervous because I've never kissed anyone :\ and I feel like this guy likes me and I want to be ready to kiss him but I don't know how... I don't know if your allowed to tell how to kiss but i think that rule id for masturbating and sex only if I'm correct, would someone tell me how to kiss (with my tongue)?

Just do it and dont think about it. YOu should be gentle about it and if it feels good you are doing it right. First time may be a bit awkward, but it gets better.
