Birthmarks are really common. I would jump on a limb and say that everyone has a birthmark and also they can form just about anywhere, the penis isn't an exception, so yes

Tea its possible to get a birthmark anywhere on your body. Where is the rule stating that your penis is excluded from such occurences? Mine is on my left hip.
