Hey, welcome to VT =]

Is there anyone you know who you think you could talk to about your feelings? Sometimes we all have our off-days when we just feel a bit useless, but if you have them frequently then it would be a good idea to talk to someone (like your friends, parents, a teacher, priest/rabbi/religious guidance?) who could help you make sense of your thoughts.

It can be hard to believe sometimes (when other people tell us), but people do care; people do want to make sure you're OK and that you're getting the most out of life that you can. If you talk to people about your worries then it will become obvious that they do want to help you feel better.

Feel free to PM me or anyone else here on the forums if you want to discuss anything =]

This is an extremely common feeling for teenagers.

It's always difficult to understand WHY you feel like this, but remember people DO care, even if you think they don't!

Is there someone you can talk to about this? Such as a close friend, family member or a counsillor? If so, please tell them about this.

So please confide to someone about your problems. Keeping things bottled up inside you will just make things a whole lot worse.

Enough said.

I'd like to say that Puberty is a big reason for this, but I don't know. Remember, Depression is the most common illness in the US, maybe even the world, you're not alone. Chances are, someone you know well suffers the same problems. Find somebody to talk to, trust me, it helps.

And if you need professional help, speak to a counselor at your school or your parents and you could be referred to a mental health doctor. There's always hope.

My school councilor is not a professional, my mom yells, my freinds dont know why i'm so depressed and it pisses them off. What else, do you suggest. :P
