i've noticed that there have been about 2 things posted in this forum that aren't poems or songs.
i want encourage ppl to post everything from poems to stories to real life experiences.... you seem to be nice.. i write a lot of poems...well cya ^_^

I concur... poems are great and all... hell, I've even been nominated as best amateur poet once (didn't win though." However writing is wonderful. Fictitious stories, real life accounts, anything of the sort.

I know poems are the most common way to 'convey' or 'express; emotion, however you can do the same by transferring it through a character instead of metaphors.

Once my brain decides to start working again I will try to contribute something here.

I agree: Creative Writing should be creative! Yes, poems are creative and moving, but short stories can also be creative: it is all at your hands to create :smile:

I agree, I like poems in all but still... I think I'm going to post soem short stories and break the chain, LOL. :)
