How to get to know a girl i dont know PLZ HELP

There is this really beautiful girl that goes to my school who is a year younger than me... I iwant to get to know her. We have never spoken i have only seen her around, and we have classes or anything together. I have been told to just walk up to her and say "hi" but then another person from another forum said that would sound creepy. What do i do/say!?!!?:eek:

So if you don't share any classes together, there are a couple of ways.

1. Just go up to her, say hello, how was your day? etc. Sounds creepy, but really isnt.
2. Find out extra activities she does after school etc. Like sport, clubs all that. Join them and sit with her, talk with her.

Simple as that mate, just go talk. A little more each day, build it up. Or get her msn, email and say you notice her around school, does she want to meet for lunch.

Well. First of all, you don't want to look like you've been watching her.

The next time you pass her, just give a nice friendly smile. Then, once she starts smiling back you can start small conversations - "Hi. I'm [insert name] by the way." then after she willingly gives her name you could try something like "I know this may sound weird, because I don't know you, but you like really nice today."

The important thing is to not rush into it. And be yourself when you talk to her. Don't try to act too confident because that can come off as tho' you're just trying to get with her. Besides, a lot of girls like to see that you're being real.

dont do the u look really nice. thats pretty creepy. to get 2 no her all u have to do is get her to notice u. the saying hi things does work, but it could take a while to work. you could tell a really funny joke while shes around, if she likes music talk about music when ur around her, stuff like that
