I've heard of it too. But if its appeared suddenly (meaning it wasn't there before) then I would definitely get it checked out.

I have two, and it is perfectly normal. After all, skin IS skin, and all a freckle is is your DNA being misread. It's perfectly fine, of course, if this is a freckle we're talking about.

I have a small freckle on my balls, its something not a lot of people have, I reckon mine is like a second wee birth mark.

i have noticed one to just resently. well its more like a skin dot, if that makes more sence. like a very small skin tag.
