Well a few days ago I was getting ready to masturbate and I noticed a almost x shaped thing under my skin on my penis almost at the head.....I thought nothing of its so I continued on. Ever since then it has still been there but like I cant see it but I can feel it under my skin. Is this a vein possibly? Its kinda hard like all the time.
