Alright well im 16 ( almost 17 (male)) and for my whole life or so i have been able to eat whatever i want and not gain a pound. I weight 130, and i am 6'2". I can anything; for instance i just choked down 2 hamburgers a bowl of easy mac and a soda and still feel quite hungry. Its been like this for about a year. I am most likely underweigt for my height but if you saw me eat you would think i was balemic (which i am not). I dont usually eat breakfast mostly because i was trying to stunn my metabolic rate so i would put on weight like a champ but now i cant even ever eat breakfast becuase i get the worst stomache aches in the morning (mos likely all the things i eat just before bed (usually a bowl of noodles and some sweets)) i am just baffled by the fact that i cannot gain weigt. I am planning to goto the navy after my seinior year (next yeat) and i know i will get hell in boot camp if i go in their like this. I just dont match my frame. When the heck will i fill out, i dont feel like waiting for my metabolism to slow on its own and was seriousky considering aquiring steroids. Ideas?

Yes, but i am getting quite tired of this. I know they would bulk me up in an instant.

just weight, there are things you can eat and drink that will bulk you up, that doesn't include any type of drug

well, im no nutrionist (cant even spell it), but your diet is mostly carbs and proteins, next time eat a salad with your mealso you body can keep the carbs as fat andnot have to break them down as nutrients. and you will get more teased for being fat then skinny, you want to build muscle. do like 300 crunchs a day and youll be there in no time/:cool:

Filling out doesn't always mean putting on weight, it can be gaining some muscle too.
For starters though, to put on a few pounds, eat a HEALTHY diet. This doesn't mean downing any food you want.
If it doesn't work, do some searching online about a schedule of toning exercises you can do to build some muscle. Often, if you build enough muscle it will make you put on some weight :)

DONT USE STERIODS!!!!It will cause heart problems suicidel thoughts(spelling is like my worst subject)(yet i still got AT spelling strange?)and A LOT F OTHER STUFF!just wait is all i can say really say i only weigh 75pounds or so.im 13 so im no wer near my senior year(again)

yes but u must keep using them and ITS ILLEAGEL!!!so if u werbther thered hav to send in the roids by mail and im sure they check the mail!

I'm a girl too. I've posted in here many times and have not got in any trouble.
Advice is advice. Even if it is coming from a girl. Girls can often give a hell of a lot better advice then boys, so whats the problem?

Try doing exercise and going to the GYM (Muscle mass more than Fat)

Steroids are a bad idea. Do not take them. There are much better, more natural and fun ways to lose and gain weight.

The best thing you can do in this situation is talk to your GP. They will be able to analyse the situation and tell you exactly what you need by what you're doing at the moment and how you're doing it.

To gain weight you need to take in more calories than you burn. Maybe you are burning a lot at the moment? Find food high in calories and eat it regularly. Also do exercise, but just not as much as that is pretty much doing the opposite of what you want to. You do want to exercise a bit though, to keep your bones strong and also to keep your muscles toned. Also add to your calorie intake by say adding an extra slice of bread for lunch, or some more noodles/sauce for when you eat your noodles before bed. Keep on track, and tell us how you're going.
