Pop down to PC World or whatever computer shops they have in Canada. You can get really decent spyware removers. Mine cost £30 and it's worked ever since and we used to have a real problem with spyware.
See the sticky in Techjunkies forum for more info

That blows. You should get some kind of protection, however. Sorry, its late and I can't provide good advice.

Yikes!
First of all - DONT WHATCH PORN (that will solve half of your problems)
Second of all - If you have norton anti virouse than simply run it do spyware check and let it go. Somtimes computers will do it's own spyware/viruse check. Or try buying a software for that. Tell your parents that your friend got spyware but clicking on an attachment that he sent you and you clicked it to so just ask them how to do a scan, that should help
(Remeber what I said about the porn! pm if you need help)

A good antivirus (Norton for example) will check for more than just viruses :P
