hi im 15 and was wondering if a penis with a
length of 6''(erect), 4''(soft)
a girth of 4''(erect)

is this normal for my age?

Well you've hijacked another user's thread here really, but 4.1 at 14 is not all unusual and I feel sure you will catch up to at least an average adult size as your puberty progresses
