is it wierd that i can cum , but cant pull my foreskin back?

No that not weird, your foreskin is just a bit tight. Go in a warm bath and gently pull it back every night. It will losen over a couple of months.

I used to have the same problem way back in my past :) just follow the advice above, and u should be fine (that's what I did, and it worked). Yay for iamvampire!

You are definitely not weird, and it takes time for many guys to be able to retract their foreskin. Follow the advice above by gradually trying to retract your foreskin. Clearly if you are not making any progress whatsoever, then you should see a doctor who can provide you with a prescription cream that can loosen a tight foreskin if normal retraction exercises don't work.
