It is really not hygienic what you are doing as the others are right that bacteria can and will grow on bodily fluids left out for a while. Also, your room is going to smell like a barn if you leave semen soaked things laying around, and I am sure that you don't want folks to gag when they enter your bedroom. You are basically using the sock as a defacto condom which is fine. I would at least rinse out the sock after everytime you ejaculate into it and eventually dispose of it after several uses. If you really enjoy having something cover your penis when you masturbate, then you might want to consider using condoms instead. However, if you are too young to buy condoms, then just practice good hygiene and clean your sock after every use and eventually disposing of it.
