Yes there is a drug called 2ci, it was created by doctor shulgrin.

Im pretty sure its a hallucinogen, so it makes you hallucinate. It's said to be a cross between LSD and Ecstacy. Remember it's still just a research chemical, so the long term effects are not fully known.
