A sweet spot? It could mean a septum piercing. Or could be a special talent someone has...

But it usually means a suitable place for whatever the person is talking about at the time. So it could be referred to while talking about sex, but that is only one way it could be used. It is in no way the meaning of the word.

the male prostate is the "sweet spot". it is found between the back of the scrotum and the anus. It can be stimulated through pressure between the scrotum and the anus. or anal stimulation. if you decide to try the second option, i believe the easiest way is using the middle finger to the second knuckle, then bending it forewards ( towards the penis). however there is no guarantee it will work.
