still no idea if this goes here >.<, well anyway:

A wart formed just at the spot the waistband of my boxers go, its small but today got painful :confused:. As i was changing clothes i pulled down a little my boxers so the wart got pulled and it hurted like hell...also it got worse, i dont know what i did but i moved someway the wart almost got ripped off me and hurt even more! i could even see a little red dot (prolly some blood) and i was like "OMGOMGOMGOMG hurts so much!!!"...SO my question is if theres anything bad with "ripping off" warts off your body, i feel like i can take it off, like a pimple, but it hurts a lot. Also ive got another one ive told you before in my right leg and one night i was itchy somewhere near that wart so i said "hey wth is this? pimple?" so i tried taking it off and as i was doing it i stretched it and i was like "wooooooooow since when do warts do that...". So yeah can anything bad happen if i "rip them off" or something similar? WHAT can i do to prevent more from forming???

Warts don't hurt. Are you sure it's not a zit or a boil (which is like a super sized, mean, angry zit)?

It's never a good idea to 'rip' any type of *thing* off your skin, b/c it's an opening for infection. Wash it with warm H2O and soap, out a little antibacterial cream on it, maybe a band aid for a day or two, and see what happens.

Yeah if it hurts, that's not a wart. Its either a boil, zit, or pimple.

if you're pulling on a wart (or biting it if its on ur finger lol) then it will hurt.
it doesn't really matter if you take it off just dont go making urself bleed everywhere, anyway the wart usually grows back b/c you haven't gotten rid of the virus.

best bet is to tell ur parents so they can take u to the doctors and get them burnt off

Completely agreed. Any part of you hurts if you pull at it hard enough. Warts only hurt if you pull right down to the root though, and pulling them completely out is dangerous, because they bleed alot.

Get them frozen and if they're a common problem i think there are some tablets that can stop them.

If it is a wart, get ir froze off by a nurse at your local gp's surgery. it take s a matter of minutees but u must come back every week for a month or 2 depending on the resisitance.

that depends how deep you put the needle... id you put it down deep it hurts.

i had a wart on my hand and u know what got it off? ur gonna laugh but if u put duct tape over the wart for a few days, there's something in the duct tape that'll decompose and remove the wart. u don't want to rip it off b/c that'll hurt, just change it every week or so

When i used to get a couple warts on my fingers, i had them burned off by the doctor which atm when i was like 7-10 we pretty damn painfull but i think it's worth it.
I believe they put some type of ice stuff on it that actually stings, well anyway one of my warts actually came off by me smacking my hand on something, and eventually it came back. I don't think ripping off warts is the way to go, go down to your local doctor if you don't get embarresed by it being down there and just have a consoltation.
