I am only 14 i dnt eat that much and if i eat a normal amount i am content but i am fat (you know belly and a lil bit of man boobs) is there anyone who can help me to lose weight without going to the extreme??? for more info check out my blogs and pleaz post a comment. Sorry dude, the only way to effectively lose weight is to actually exercise and have a healthy diet. Try to have a varied diet. A small chocolate bar once a day is fine to treat yourself with. Swimming is an excellent way to get healthy as you have to use all your muscle, and its pretty fun too! :) Just round up some friends and try out sports.

Also, i heard that usually boys get plump before having a major growth spurt so dont worry too much about your size
