Uhh, no. 3500 calories is more than the amount of calories your body uses in a full day.
I would guess it uses about 100 calories, maybe even less.

I'm not sure about the actual amount, but sexual activity (as well as orgasm) is energy intensive (as we know!), so the answer to the general question is "YES!", sexual activity does burn a lot of calories. (That's often why you get hungry afterwards).

as already answered, yes they do.. and they are good for the circulatory and nervous system because your heart rate is raised, and a small amout or adrenaline is released into the body :D

Off topic, it is said that people who have sex once a week (65+) can make theyre life longer by keeping active / fit.
Sex does burn calories but only a small amount, at max from starting, masterbating and forplaying then orgasming, you will burn max around 350 but you will be tired after that.
