Does like puberty start and then stop? because i started growing pubes, and like i noticed it alot but i have noticed much more pube growth and it is only near the shaft of my penis, also i have noticed more hair on my thighs but not an increase in pubes?? someone help plz

No, puberty lasts for years. Don't worry about it, your pubes grow on the inner thighs then develop more and up towards your belly, so just be patient.

Puberty tends to happen in spurts, it always continues, but sometimes it happens quicker than others (ie. growth spurts)
