Fuck my current lyfestile!! I am un happy alot of the time, WHY? Because I do no sports, don't gym(I did try last year but I stopped going after like 2 months I can never stick to something :( ), eat unhealthy, don't do my schoolwork even though I really have to change that because its my final school year and already the second semester and I fucked up the first one already @#
[email protected]$! sort of unsocial and play waaay to much PC. I have a procastration problem. I go to bed at 12pm almost everynight if its a week day or not and then I am tired and unmotivated as fuck each day and sleep in class.
I SAY FUCKIT!. I am going to start going to the gym on the 21st April which is also the first week of my 2nd semester and I WILL do my school work everyday. Gym as much as possible, sleep at 10pm and just be overall more healthy.
oh yeah and i forgot to say I have acne, which is probably caused by my unhealthylifestyle, and that just takes away any last bit of confidence/motivation I have.
Just needed to say this somewhere!

Good luck. Just make changes one step at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself by doing too much at once. You want to be successful so set reasonable goals in a realistic timeframe.

Try to get someone else to go to the gym with you. That may help

Im exactly the opposite lol except for the homework(I do it at school) and PC(im trying to quit). You need to try to get a girls and try to impress them. They aren't going to like you if you are over weight and go on your PC a lot. Try to do a school sport I do wrestling. Try to find a sport you like and at most schools you have to have a 2.0 average in all classes If you want to do the sports you will bring you grade up. Eat healthy then? Its not that hard there are a lot of things out there that are healthy and taste better then unhealthy food. Also if you do a sport you will lose weight. Ya I hate the my acne problem too lol...

I wouldn't go to a gym tbh, I had a membership and I just sat about in the cafe a lot.
I would go out walking twice a day for 30 mins each time during the week and say an hour jog at weekends twice a day.
Also slowly build up doing sit ups, for example start by doing 10 a day and every week increase it by 5 or 10.
Best of luck to you.

If I exercise, it's usually at home. The gym plays horrible music but if it's the university campus gym, music is better, much nicer equipment, however, the ones I want are usually being used so often and for so long. That, and I get annoyed with having to wipe off someone's sweat from the machine because they're too lazy to do it themselves.
If I exercise at home, I use barbels, some use with a punching bag and that's about it for 1-1.5 hours. However, now that I'm in the middle of finals, I've stopped for a while.
Prioritize the changes, so I'd put the homework and grades first. Then the gyms and whatever else. If you wish to enter college or university, your grades matter more than how your biceps are or if you have 6 pack abs or not.
Set a schedule for yourself and stick to it. If your work does not require the use of the computer, then turn the computer off, turn TV, cell phone, iPod, music, etc... off. Go in another room or a near-by library if possible. Have some rewards for each goal, that is, take a break inbetween for about 5-10 minutes. Don't make it a 40 minute break.
