as you all probably know, I'm an aneorexic, in the process of trying to fix my problem. I've been trying to eat more, but when my body gets more than it's used to, it decides it doesn't like whatever I've ingested and chunks it out the hatch, if you know what I mean. how can I stop myself from involuntarily vommitting after eating more? also, I had an odd experience in orchestra this morning that I think may resulted from the lack of food in my system. We had just finshed this piece and I look up from my music and felt really light headed and, this may also have been a response to my normal low blood pressure as well, but my vision went all wierd and everything felt distant...and my head like reeled...ugh...

*sigh*
Ok well let me tell you my story. I was at fat camp and then on the last day we went to a buffet . . i stuffed my face (but only then!) [and yes this is the same story that leads to many other stories] and my body was not so thankful for it. Anyways, it isnt how much you are eating a day, it is more of the fact of what you are eating more of. When you go on a hunger strike eating no oils, fats ect ect and one day you decide youa re going to start eating them again .. your stomach doesnt like it. And anyways, wouldu rather still be anorexic or stick thru the pain for a week? (tops)
just eat more every day and dont jump into things
