On the bottem of my balls the is a pimple looking thing what is it and is it bad

do you mean actually on your ball? i am assuming you mean your scrotum, and it sounds like nothing to worry about. the little pimples can just be hair follicles :)

yea probably a hair follicle or a small spot

Keep it clean and dont scratch it... it will either turn into a hair or go down.

Yeah, I used to think they were pimples but recently hair has come out of them. It's probably a hair follicle.

I'd say your fine and if it is your ball not the scrotum then i think its your balls storing extra sperm(not sure though)

*sigh* sooo wrong... it will go away don't stress i used to get it from time to time.
if it starts bleeding or releasing puss then u got an issue to deal with.
