what does abuse mean??

it doesn't matter what you did. just try and say sorry for what you have done. if they are still on your back, just try and ignore them, but you can't just make your bed of guilt and regret and sleep in it. Trust me i know. you have to move on. there are plenty of people here, well everywhere who can help. but you can't keep everything locked up inside you forever
