starting or in the middle of puberty?? need answers fast

Hello i need some questions answered. im 13 years old i have pubic hair it is getting blacker every day i was just at karaoke with buddys of mine and i was singing and i was getting a really high pitch voice it changes from deep to high also i have noticed hair on my legs as i scratch them and one more thing when i was kissing my girlfriend she laughed cuz she said my lip was tickling her lip and she said i had a mustash but the funny thing is i have not noticed a slight change in my penis but it got bigger then stoped but i mean it is still preety small my girl friend pnts me infront of her friends and they laughed lol yes i know its funny(i wear really baggy pants)lol ok well please tell me if im starting puberty itch im prob not or in middle or almost done i also have been feeling hair on my sides of my face. please help me out here i need answers

You are most certainly in puberty. I'm guessing you probably started puberty when you were 11 or 12. Puberty can last a few years though, so don't worry about your penis size because it will quite likely grow (it is one of the last things to grow). There isn't a way to predict when you will be done with puberty, but I'm guessing when you're about 17 you will be MOSTLY developed (not completely). You sound like a normal 13 year old to me.
