ive asked osme girls that i know and they said periods sometimes come late by up to 2 weeks sometimes.

You pulled out before, and you were wearing a condom. So it's pretty unlikely.

yep, as nick said, its unlikely she is preggas. periods are very unpredictable during puberty. my gf is an example. and the fact she is stressed about it probably isn't helping either. although there is a slim chance she could be, realistically, she most likely isn't. but make sure you always use some sort of protection and use the condom correctly when you have sex.
