Well, not really, but somewhat (to an extent). It's recommended that teenagers get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, so sleeping less constantly might slow it down (only very very slightly) but it's not like if you slept 14 hours a night you would develop twice as fast. Lots of sleep and a healthy diet are the only things that will slightly speed up puberty, but they also give great all around boosts!
As I've heard, almost nothing really effects delay of puberty (maybe except if you take A LOT of drugs and barely sleep).

yep hes right. sleep just lets our bodies make the right chemicals and complete the right process. Sleep is needed to help keep our bodies healthy. So technically it may help if you dont sleep hardly at all now

Actually psychologists say that teenagers (aged 14 - 17) need about 9 hours 40 minutes sleep to function at top speed (thats 100% charged battery). Growth and repair happens during sleep, so if you sleep longer you will grow at a more steady rate, and be healthier because your body is repairing itself more during the sleep. Your grades will also go up in school, because memory is reinforced during the night, and your concentration span improves when you are on a full charge.
Nothing stunts the whole of puberty per-say, but smoking, drinking and drugs can make you impotent, and smoking and drugs can stunt growth.

puberty comes. and then it goes.. thats all you need to know really. nothing you do is proved to change the speed of an individules development. we all develop at different times and at different speeds. however sleeping plays an important part the day to day life of any animal, getting the optimun sleep is essencial for teenagers.

your body does most of its growing and repairing at night time so i guess but if your getting 6-9 hours of sleep a night it shouldnt change noticably
