The other day I had to wear these boxers that are to small and I bent over and my right feller got hurt and now there's a small lump and it hurts like hell. Is it cancer? I heard cancer does not hurt so I don't know.

No. Itis not cancer. It might be swelled because of your tight boxers. Don't worry. Oh yeah. There is an exam you can do. Just put your hands on the bottom of your testicles and feel. People who have been diagnosed with testicular cancer say it feels like worms. Good luck!

Generally speaking, lumps just don't develop so suddenly, and maybe you had this bump all along but only noticed it recently? My suggestion is that anytime you feel a lump on your testicle it is always worth a trip to your healthcare provider. If going to a doctor is hard, then you can always start off with your school nurse to get his/her opinion on the problem. It is true that one of the tell tale signs of testicular cancer is a lump, but also keep in mind that the lump could just be your epididymus, too.

In the future, as I am sure you need no reminding, don't wear underwear or pants that are too tight as your penis and testicles need room for expansion.

Yes I agree best going to a health care professional about this just to be safe.

Could be nothing serious and probably is however if you get checked out it will put your mind at ease.

I know its embarrassing however the doctor/nurse has seen testicles before therefore they will be professional about it so don't worry about that.

See a GP asap. this could be a old lump just swelled due to you're tight boxers. :0

I hate when my balls ache, I have the same problem so now I wear bigger ones
