sort of help me!

well my penis is around 7 inches in length but there is a weird ring around it that gets really tight sometimes and hurts i have definetly not been circumsized and am Un-Cut there is a good amount of foreskin for me to "Manoeveur" my self:P help!:( its under the head when i have pulled the skin back its like white lines pulling the skin inwards and is really sensitive

So where is this ring? As in where on your penis. what does it look like? do you do anything different before this happens? Answer these questions and then maybe we can help

Well, it's probably the head of your penis. It's sort of cone-shaped, and it's at the end of the penis. The base of it is ringed shape because it goes all the way around your penis. So yeah based on what you've said it's your head.

This also explains why it "hurts". Your not circumcised, so your head is more sensative because the forskin protects it from rubbing against other things which can hurt. So yeah, no worries.
