Now, I know you get moody during puberty, and I do get moody, but most people I've seen just get annoyed all the time. Well, I've been going through puberty for about 3 or 4 years, and the majority of the time I am not moody, by once and a while anything will just piss me off, I just feel like going up to perfect strangers and bash the shit out of them, and then the next day I'll be back to normal, and I wont be angry like that for probably about a month and a half. So is this normal? And I'm the type of person to hold in their emotion, so could that have something to do with it?

Yea it's normal to get moody every so offen. Now I also noticed that you said you are the type of person to hold in your emotions. Now that has it pros and cons, the good thing is that you have a good way of controling you self when something goes wrong. Now for the bad, that's means after so much of what ever you are feeling is held up tight until you explode and in my opinion that might be one of the main reasons that you get this way once every month or so. Hope this helps :)

It's completely normal and expected for teens to have emotional and mood issues in puberty. Even the sweetest kids fall victim, and terrorize unsuspecting parents.
