Hey all, sorry if this is in the wrong section but im having a bit of a problem with premature ejaculation to the point where making out with my girlfreind and general foreplay makes me ejaculate. Which as you can imagine is quite embarassing :( So is there anyways i can stop this or is my sex life totaly ruined forever? :P

Premature ejaculations, as you understand, are very embarrassing, but I dont believe they can be avoided. I think you should overcome it with time, so it won't happen anymore, but for now... Sorry.

I think i would feel a bit stupid wearing a condom if im not actualy having intercourse which im not when they occur :P

Premature ejaculation refers to actual intercourse, it's ejaculation immediately after penetration (or very shortly thereafter). So, what you've got is 'unwanted ejaculation'.

Ejaculation is caused by a lot of things, such as arousal, time since last ejaculation, and that nasty, anxiety. Try addressing these and see what happens. If you cannot resolve this, I'd strongly recommend you avoid those situations which cause the problem, at least until you figure out and resolve whatever is going on.

Firstly, your problem is really more common than you think, and it is clear that you are really into your girlfriend which causes your reaction. I am sure that your girlfriend must be flattered that you think she is so attractive that any type of sexual activity with her makes you burst.

However, your problem is most annoying, and it is totally understandable that you want to hold off ejaculating until you are having sex. What a lot of guys do is masturbate before doing what you do as that usually prevents spontaneous ejaculations. Why not give that a try to see if that helps your problem?

Also, I believe there are some desensitizing lubes on the market which advertise themselves as things that deaden the nerves for a little while so that a guy doesn't ejaculate so fast. Perhaps applying such a lube before your activity might help you, too?

In time it will stop but you may want to consider wearing a condom to catch it and people wont be seeing that ur wearing a condom all the time so its not thaaat embarrasing.
