I was measuring and I accidentally poked my penis right where the hole is with the graphite part of the pencil. Is this dangerous? Will it hurt me?

There's no lead in pencils so no lead poisining. To the topic creator yes you could've damaged a nerve or a blood vessel. See a doctor.

Will the lead in the pencil? No. There's not enough lead intake to do any real damage. The actual poking of the pencil might. If you feel any pain, or something just doesn't look/feel right go to see a doctor. Safe than sorry.

I didn't poke it hard, it was just a pinch. Shouldn't it be okay?

I'm sure you're fine then, as long as there no lasting pain or throbbing.

How the hell do you manage that on accident? o.o
No it shouldnt cause damage unless you poked it deliberately.

You should be a ok, pencils don't have real lead any more so you won't have any lead posioning. It should not hurt unless you broke some of the point off when you hit the hole.

You will be fine, and there won't be any problems. Graphite is not a substance that poses a health risk like lead, and just poking yourself in your urinary meatsus is not going to cause any problem. Even if you caused a small puncture wound it will heal pretty fast, and you should be fine. In short, don't worry as you are not in trouble, but if you see signs of infection (which is unlikely), then seek medical attention.
In the future when you do measuring make sure you use an object without sharp points, and using a ruler might be a better choice next time just to be safe.

Ouch!
I don't think it will cause any long term implications. However, if you spot an infection by it or something unusual which has changed something with your penis (e.g. looks, feel, or anything else) just pop along to a doctor. But that probably won't happen. Just be careful :)
