Anyone know a way to be STD tested without having to tell your family and still not having your own car to get anywhere with?

I agree with the others that you should look up your local public health department to see if free or reduced price STD screening is offered. Public Health Departments tend to be run by States, Counties, or Townships, and you should go onto the websites of those places to see what health offering are available.
Another thing you can do is talk to your school nurse to see if there are resources out there for teens who are sexual active and who want STD testing. Some high schools actually have in house clinics, but if your school does not have one, then your school nurse should know of resources in the area.
Finally, you can try a local Planned Parenthood to see if they offer any help. At very least a Planned Parenthood can refer you to places where you can get screening.
Not to sound moralistic here, but if you cannot get access to STD tests or get around on your own, then you might need to reevaluate your sexual activity for the time being. It is one thing is you have access to your own healthcare, money, and transportation, but if you are still in a position where you are totally dependent upon your parents for everything, then you probably are best holding off on sex until you are a bit more independent.

It is not private if you have an STD they have to notify all of the people you have had sex with so they can get tested too to see if they have an STD.
Going to your local Health Department is the cheapest way to go to get tested.
I wish you luck. One thing to remember always use a condom it will help you from getting STDs

Rob has raised a very good point about which I had forgotten: the responsibility of the infected to notify their partners past, present, and future of STD infections. Don't be scared off on STD testing, and remember that the Health Department/health care provider wants you to be responsible by ensuring that everyone is protected. The reality is that sex comes with a lot of responsibility, and one of those things is getting tested and treated if you have a problem. Clearly, if undergoing tests and treatment is something that you don't want to do for any reason, then you have to again reevaluate if sex is right for you at this stage in your life.
Rob is totally correct that you should use a condom whenever having sex, and remember that if you have a latex allergy that you can use polyurethane condoms as a substitute. However, while condoms can protect against fluid borne STDs remember that a condom cannot protect against skin-to-skin infections. As a result, if your partner or you are not virgins, then it is essential that you BOTH have STD tests to ensure you both are clean.
