Ok i got two questions. First, i have know idea why but my penis has foreskin but its not connected to my penis head why? Two I got cum the first time i jacked off but now all I get is pre-cum and i don't get pleasure by pre-cum why?

1) Foreskin covers the head, it's attached at the bottom by the frenulum, which is like the drawstring on a shade. The whole thing rolls back like a sleeve, exposing the head (glans).
