Pre cum is semen without sperm, and it's clear. It comes out when first aroused, to act as a natural lubricant.

Cum is semen fluids with sperm, and it is the white fluid that comes out at ejaculation, that enters the vagina to create offspring.

Precum isnt Sperm its a special fluid produced for lubrication. It may contain leftover sperm from previous activities but the fluid itself is not sperm. Its a sterilization fluid meant to make the urethra more hospital for sperm travel

So EVERYONE gets this clearly, Pre-cum DOES include sperm. Roughly 5%. So don't think you can have sex then pull out before you can cum, because you can still get the girl pregnant.

As the others have mentioned pre-cum is the liquid that lubricates a guy's urethra prior to an ejaculation to protect the sperm against residual urine left in the urethra. Pre-cum only comes out when a guy is first aroused and prior to an orgasm.

Cum is the thick fluid which comes out during and after an orgasm, and it is generally white whereas pre-cum tends to be clear.

No, it doesn't have an intense feeling like ejaculation. You would probably see or feel it though if you were masturbating.
