I think that you are probaly doing it wrong but, you must be doing something right to get pre cum. When you masturbate what are you using as in are you just closing your eyes and doing it or are you looking at porn? If you are just closing your eyes maybe you should look at porn or something. I just think you need more "modavation" (for a lack of a better word) to get you going. Also how do you hold yourself? Height and the ability to ejaculate really are not correlated as there are plenty of boys who are 10/11 who do start ejaculating but who are small. You issue is basically related to your overall development, and chances are you are just a late bloomer which is fine. There are a lot of guys out there like you, and being late doesn't mean that things won't happen at all. Things will change for you though it may be later than you like. I am guessing you are either an 8th grader or a freshman in high school, and there are quite a few of those guys who are small but who shoot up sophomore year. The fact that you are getting pre-cum means that your first ejaculation is not too far off, and I am sure that within a year you are going to be much bigger than you are now and as developed as your mates.
