Well, I'm about 16 and about 32 A-ish... Is that alot smaller than average? How can I make them look bigger [understanding that they can't just magically get any bigger lol]... Sorry if this seems rediculous, I just wanted opinions from others...

-Is that a lot smaller than average?
Well, I have read in another post that you are quite small, did you say 5 ft 7 and 95 pounds? Then for your body type, no you're fine. I'm also quite thin, and my breasts are small too.
As for looking bigger, I haven't quite found a way to work that out yet! Push up bras would help, but I have found that some are quite uncomfortable. I believe I read in a magazine somewhere that wearing shirts with attention towards the chest area makes it seem fuller. Tops with ruffles, patterns, designs, even a chest pocket would work for that.
I used to be uncomfortable with my breast size. Having friends with all bigger chests than I didn't help either. But I'm alright with it now. My friends complain about them all the time, so I'm glad.

Erm, I'm assuming this is with clothes on, yeah? (There's make up tricks for being nude).
Gel bras - they are a miracle, they give uplift and clevage. I suggest whatever you do,if people ask, be honest about it - that way you don't get people teasing you or saying your pathetic for padding, they usually except it if you tell the truth!
Erm. Padded bras? Oh! Underwire? Possibly... I'm not sure, I don't actually have this problem.
I advise you to stay FAR away from padding (done by yourself, e.g. tissue) it's too obvious and looks odd.
I think, if you're smaller built (from you picture it looks that way) you'll look better with a smaller chest. You have a really pretty face, so hy take the attention away from that?

I think push-up (http://www.ares-online.com/catalog/pics/Oil_Sac_Push_Up_Bra_Cup.jpg) bras are quite the solution. My friends that have smaller chest use them, and they look fine. as you can see in the picture there is padding on the bottom.
Bras like this (http://www.lakewoodconferences.com/direct/dbimage/50158692/Bra.jpg) tend to push them up.
I would avoid this (http://stylebakery.com/images/recipes/spring07_images/underneathitall/plunge.jpg) kind because it usually lets them rest naturally, and if you don't have a big bust they look quite small.
I recommend you go to the lingerie store and look around, ask someone if you are completely lost, and just try them on see the difference and what you like best.

Umm. I'm not sure about averages for 15 y/o girls in America, but I'd say it can't be that far off.
The average for FULLY GROWN women in the UK is 36C which isn't HUGE but we are (apparently) "the bustiest nation"...
So, if that's so. America's average would be smaller for WOMEN (so that's 34 or smaller bandwidth and B or smaller cupsize).
And I hate to say this, but it's not meant in a patronising way, you aren't technically a woman. THEREFORE you should expect to be smaller than a 34B and you are... So, that's average? See, I did have a point. :P
Like I said. You are totally fine and "average" :D

Most people at my school say they're between a 36 B -- 36 C... so in my situation, I would say that I'm fairly below average? ... I don't know...

Psst. A lot of people lie.
Besides, the attention from a larger chest is so not worth it. AND at least you know people are more interested in you and your personality. Teenagers have a way of gorping.

Don't worry, hun. Everyone hastheir little insecurities, just don't let it rule your life. Also, don't let on that it bothers you - people can be arses.
Paula's post is very constructive, tho'. And has information more useful than my approach of "don't worry" ;) Here it is again:I think push-up (http://www.ares-online.com/catalog/pics/Oil_Sac_Push_Up_Bra_Cup.jpg) bras are quite the solution. Well Laura has told you perfectly what to do here...
Just don't stuff it with tissues. xD.
In science this girl had tissues coming out of her shirt.

One, I know its hard and at your age is so isn't going to happen, but you need to start loving your body. I'm such a hypocrite myself because there are aspects of me that I despise. I think the best way is to stop comparing yourself to everyone else, you'll never feel comfortable in yourself.
Secondly, you don't want to make your boobs look to big, believe me, I would die to have smaller boobs, I'm actually thinking boob reduction. Your completely normal. As for pushing them up to give yourself a bit more cleverage, push up bra's and bra's that have a bit of padding will work wonders on you. Just go shopping around, try a few on, and you will surprised at just what they can do for you.

Padded bras are good.
& I'm 17 & size A too, there's nothing wrong with being small, medium, or large, same with penis size, but if it is something you personally are conscious over, then padded bras/ push up bras are quite good.
