View Full Version : H3LP! I need a training routine NOW!

Hey, i am 15 and lets face it, im big for my age, i aint as tall as ppl but im short n fat. i am doing a DoE award (duke of edinbrough) and i am failing to lift the 15k bags which is needed for the final thing, this is going to be hard i know but i got 2 weeks to work out and be able to work up to 13kg bags atleast. now i have a bike and i need a routine that will not only strengthen the backs of my legs to be able to walk with weights but to be able to manage effeicently.

Please help me. i am biking every day around town and such., ive biked aorud 8 miles in 3 days. i know its bad but theres not many places i can go haha..

please! help! me!

2 weeks? you cant do magic kid.. just keep training, but you cant do miracles.

As Paula said. Do both biking and weights.

Do 30 squats in the morning and 30 at night. when you can do that with no trouble bump it up to 40 then 50. and to help with arm strength do 15 push ups in the morning and 15 at night and just like before when you can do that with no problem bump up the amount

Thanks all, i'm now using a website to help me burn off weight.

I will do as many push ups as i can (around 4 :P)

and do several squat sessions a day!
