In a perfect world, no.
But unfortunately, acne is pretty bad looking to most people. So they may not find it attractive, but it hopefully won't get in the way; since most teens get acne, most aren't over critical of others having it.

It's not something you can really control too much. If you are obviously not washing your face and letting it get worse, I'm a bit put off by that. Self hygiene is a must.

When you say occasional break out, nope, I don't care at all. Everyone gets them, including girls. Us girls just usually apply make up to cover them up.

Pretty much everyone...i mean like everyone gets acne. Like 90 something percent.

Acne is pretty much how i judge if kids in my grade are in the midst of puberty. Its nothing to worry about really. I mean when you jack off...if you jack off....do you imagine a girl or boy with acne or a perfectly clear face? In my opinion, all lot of people will find it un-attractive, sorry, but you'll get over it. Every one gets it eventually.
