Exactly that.
I chose not to go to university because i don't think it is my life style.
and I am already a physical person (no sexual innuendo intended. haha.)
so I decided to join the RCMP.
They are the equivalent of the FBI in the USA for Canada.
Should be good, and it's good money.
I get to move a lot, and i love that. =]]

I mean, I guess its a good job and all, but you're an awesome writer, and I think you could be so much more if you go to college/university... :/ But its ultimately your decision, and I respect whatever you decide is best for you. :)

You CAN survive with writing, there are many jobs such as journalism which require good writers. But, it can really kill it for you, so finding a way to sustain yourself before you hit it big with your writing can be a much easier and safer route that lets you focus on the art aspect of it, instead of the money part.

The most important thing is that you're happy, and if being in the RCMP makes you happy, then go for it. :)
