1. is there anyway to stop pubes from growing, cause theyre really itchy and i end up shaving like everyother day because a ton of hair grew back?
2. i just had a two week vacation where i didnt masturbate at all, but when i got back and masturbated for the first time in over two weeks, not only did that clear fluid come out again (that happens everytime i masturbate) but when that stuff finnished coming out i relized that this milkey white stuff was now leaking out of my vagina, ive never seen it before and i have no idea what it is.
so yeah, what is it?

Pubic hair:
You cannot prevent it from growing, unless you have some undiscovered antidote to puberty (in which case, gimme some).
Shaving normally causes rashes and itching, which may be you cause rather than the hair itself. The solution to that is to NOT shave.
I suggest trimming or just going natural. After a few days you'll get use to the feeling of hair.
Fluid:
The "clear fluid" (if it shoots out) is most likely to be female ejaculatory fliud. That's still a bit of a mystery.
The "milkey white stuff" seems to be vaginal fluid, which is just a natural lubricant (and also keeps things clean).
If however, it starts itching, burning, smelling or turning an odd colour (strong yellow or green) it could be a lot more serious and a trip to the doctors would be advisory.

the hair is only going to be itchy for a day or two. i suggest going natural like what was said. however shaving constantly tends to make hair grow back thicker. but you'll get used to hair very quickly. as for the milky white substance it is natural vaginal lubrication. the thickness and whiteness varies from person to person. the stuff spraying is female ejaculation. that is composed of vaginal lubrication lots of water and urea. its gonna be clear. just so you know the white lubrication can be thick and there can be a lot of it so dont worry about it. hope this helps

I know some people have suggested above to go natural, but if you don't want to come out in an itchy dry rash when you do shave, i have just 2 tips for you.
For starters, I have an electric shaver. I shave BEFORE i go in the shower, so then any hair i've shaved of won't be in my underwear, i would have washed it off. My second tip is to moisturize well after you've shaved.
