i was brought up on a cattle station, there was my brother and myself and dad all un cut. I was sent to a boys only school miles away from home. there I saw my first circumcised penis I was 12 years old and we went to the shower room and that were I saw one. I asked another boy (uncut) what was that :what: that thing. : have you ever seen something like that before.
: have you touched a circumcised penis.
: when did you find out you were different to other
boys.
: have you ever looked at a boy peeing(cut)
: has anyone looked at you (your dick)
the reason I ask these questions all I saw was forskins around me: on the cattle station. even the bulls had one. It was an eye opener.

Well, you're learning that it's a big world out there! People come in different shapes and sizes and colors and all, and eventhough it's new to you, it's all OK. and, that evnthough you might be a bit surprised by some of the changes and differences you might experience, deep down, people are really very similiar. So, eventhough they might surprise you with their appearance, there will also be something very comforting about the sameness, too.

I am just the opposite of you. I am circumcised.
Most of the boys in my area are cut.
The first time I saw an uncircumcised penis was in 7th grade (12) and I've really only seen 2 of them..
I've only seen cut boys peeing.
People look at my dick but not because I'm circumcised.

I think a lot of boys who were circumcised at a small age think they were born like that(cut). like i said i did not see a circumcised penis until i was 12, when did you wake up and find out you were born with a foreskin, not born circumcised
: your dad told you>
: a boy told you>
: you saw a photo of a circumcised penis>
:you found out the hard way>
: how old were you when you found out you were circumcised>
:would you swap for a cut/uncut penis>

I'm not circumcised, but live in the US, so sometimes I sense curiosity or surprise when guys happen to see my stuff. Most of the time they aren't being rude, but maybe some of them didn't know about circumcision, or they are wondering where the head of my penis went.

as i was growing up we just saw was one thing a foreskin, my dads. my brother's no circumcised penis to be seen. maybe if my dad told us sooner about this i would have understood what a foreskin/cut penis was before i went to school.

My dad didn't talk about it until much later (sex talk). I don't know how many dads actually explain it, but I learned about cut/uncut from a friend about a year after discovering the two kinds. He knew about it since his parents had taught him the maintenace part of having a foreskin (which I didn't know at the time).

I s it better to hear it from a friend or from your dad, uncle, teacher. who would you hear it from. i had to ask another boy like my self uncut. maybe having a boy tell you might be easier to relate to.

You ask really good questions! I get the sense that it would have been helpful for you to be prepared for all this. And I agree, it would have.

I personally think that parents should be preparing their kids for all kinds of situations where they might need some special knowledge or skills to help them get thru *whatever* as best as possible. That's what parents do, prepare their kids for life.

So, when it comes to foreskin, I think it would be a good idea to learn from your folks about it. For instance, many of the issues and questions kids have here at VT reflect a lack of parental involvement. The dual issues of tightness and cleanliness come immediately to mind, problems that come up a lot here. If parents started at an early age talking about the need to retract daily in the shower to wash, as well as retracting while urinating, some pretty frequent (and distressing!) problems could probably be avoided. Parents instruct their kids on washing under their arms, they teach how to wipe their butts, it's unclear to me why they don't teach about foreskin, either.

yeh i know some friends at my school/hotel (i live there at times) who have had problems
with there foreskiins, saying it wont go back or it smells , i said do you pull it back enough in the shower. no some are shy about doing that with other boys around as some
boys tease them like ""stop playing with yourself"". its more so the younger ones that get
that crap so it needs to work both ways to tell boys cut/uncut how to clean it.
