Anything with the Windows OS is at risk. The hackers found a hole in the code and they took advantage of it. Luckily I patched my Windows so I SHOULD be ok.

I haven't even heard of any issues that stemmed from the Conficker. I thought that people were hyping it up and nothing happened. Kinda like 6-6-06 or Y2K, etc.
I dont think I have issues as far as I can tell

CORRECTION! If you've run Microsoft Update within the past 6 months, you're fine. So not 'anything the the Windows OS' is at risk. Only un-updated ones.
Also, Windows Mobile is not affected by the Conficker virus.
Microsoft released an update eons ago to protect against the Conficker virus (In '08).
The news has blown the whole Conficker virus WAAAAAAAAY out of proportion. (Like the news tends to do with EVERY news story they get) They make it sound like every god-damned computer already HAS the Conficker virus, and the world is gonna end.
