Your voice breaking doesn't hurt.
Or at least it shouldn't do.
I personally have no idea what the pain could be, sorry.

I'll move this to VT General Hospital...

Maybe your throat got cut by eating a chip or something. Happens all the time to people.

Whoa, okay your post doesn't make much sense but what I can decipher, I think that maybe you have hurt your throat somehow or have an infection. Either one should pass soon. Your Adam's apple in general shouldn't hurt. It just grows there so, I am not sure what you are talking about. Just try waiting it out

First, can you please type coherently so we don't need to try and decode some of what you've typed. It's not horrendous, however, it is a bit problematic if you want help and because of how you typed it, people don't understand it. Don't let it get to that.

As for the problem, your throat area has a goodly amount of cartilage and smooth muscle cells, and endothelium capable of withstanding foodstuffs after mastication.

That being said, it's not immune to everything. It's quite possible that something is temporarily lodged within that area (I'm not going to name specific areas due to a probable lack of human anatomy on your part). However, I'd be amazed if whatever it is, if it is an object, hasn't passed further down the oropharnynx then esophagus after some time without causing massive damage (you wouldn't be typing here if that was the case).

I'm going to assume it's a type of infection. Where exactly I cannot be sure as I cannot look into your mouth like a doctor could. However, try to avoid lots of milk and milk-related products because they're very good mediums for growing bacteria (assuming it is a bacteria, but still eat properly).
