As for the pre-cum question, one cannot really create it. While most guys do have pre-cum there is a minority of guys who cannot produce it, and I am guessing you are such a person. You cannot create what does not exist, and, to be frank, pre-cum really doesn't create any feelings or enhance an orgasm. All it does it lubricate the urethra which really doesn't create much, if any, feelings.

Pre cum isn't really anything special. It's just a natural lubricant that comes out when aroused. Many people use store bought lubricants anyways.

I agree with the post above, and pre-cum doesn't do anything or cause any ssensations. Like mentioned above, a store bought lube is going to give you far better sensations that pre-cum really does not give.
