you need to drink more water. usually headaches are associated with dehydration. And you use a lot of energy while you masturbate, even water is used in the seamen to make cum.

You CAN get a headache from masturbation (or any sexual activity). That's b/c most headaches are 'vascular', caused by changes in blood pressure, which often occur during strenous activity. You must have had quite a work out.

Try remembering to breathe (a lot of people don't during orgasm), and keep your neck straight to more easily allow blood flow to your brain.
